Tahini Mulberry Matcha Semifreddo

A luscious adaptogenic twist on this Italian classic dessert. A mouth-watering Matcha Semifreddo that you won’t resist! Made of organic hulled tahini and mulberry matcha for a smooth, creamy, decadent treat that’s heavenly oozing with taste.


4 Tablespoons Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini

1 1/2 Tablespoons Carwari Organic Mulberry Matcha

2 Tablespoons Organic Yuzu Spread

2 Large Ripe Bananas

100ml Soy Milk

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoon Lime Juice (Freshly squeezed)

  1. Line a freeze-proof container with cling film, or any suitable container that you wish to use.

  2. Blend all ingredients into a smooth and creamy consistency in a food processor or using a stick blender.

  3. Pour the whole mixture into the container. Freeze it for 5-6 hours or until fully firm.

  4. Remove the semifreddo from the freezer 5 to 10 minutes before you are ready to serve it. Then decorate.
