We charge a flat rate cost of $16 per order.
We offer free postage for all Australian orders over $300.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item that it is not able to be sourced due to circumstances out of our control. However, we may offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, or a store credit , except for the cosmetics.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue a refund or a store credit. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
In all instances, please ensure that the goods to be returned are packaged in a strong box so they will not be crashed or damaged in transit.
